Introduction

Application for Ambios Ltd Wildlife Survey and Interpretation Skills course (including vocational training mobilities to EU partner nature conservation organisations)

NOTE

This application form is designed to allow us to get to know you a bit. It is NOT a job application so please don't provide a list of all the things you've done (wonderful as they are!).

We are looking to support people who would benefit from our course in some way, by gaining (or adding to existing) skills, experiences or understanding in both the specific and widest sense.  We are especially looking to support those who would be expereincing an EU mobility for the first time and those who are the first generation in their family to be undertaking (or have undertaken) Higher Education.

If you are current living outside the UK, please be aware that in order to participate in the mobility part of this course you will need to be able to prove you are resident in the UK prior to the mobility itself.  (See our website FAQs)

CONFIDENTIALITY

Please complete as much of the form as possible (some sections may not apply, just say Not Applicable or N/A).

If you are offered a training place the information you have given may form the basis of your Personnel Record and Individual Learning Plan.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

You may find it helpful to use a Word document from which to cut and paste certain answers to questions.  There is an example blank application form for this purpose on our website.

We recommend you use the Print option at the end to keep a copy of your application. A 'finish later' option is provided at the bottom of each page.

The final closing date for applications is 1200hrs Monday 6th May 2019.

[If you apply before this deadline we may have time to conduct a telephone interview prior to the closing date and confirm a place on the course].

Good luck!

(Some questions are mandatory and you must answer to progress)
